EROSION OF VACUUM-ARC TiN-COATINGS AND STAINLESS STEEL
UNDER IMPACT OF STATIONARY PLASMA OF MAGNETRON TYPE DISCHARGES IN AIR

It was shown that the absolute values of the erosion (sputtering)rates in an air plasmas for both kinds of the samples (TiN and SS) were more than two times lower than that for the samples under nitrogen plasma impact and weakly depends on the temperature. The preliminary investigations of gassing in vacuum of the SS samples, which were treated with air plasma, had shown drastically decreasing hydrogen gassing. But others impurities outgassing rates increased in more than two times. The possible physical mechanisms are suggested and discussed to explain such character of the erosion and outgassing behavior.

The influence of the multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNT) incorporated into high density polyethylene matrix on processes of microplastic strain and structural relaxation of the composite have been considered. The specimens were prepared in wire form with diameter 1,5mm.
The peculiarities of amplitude dependences of internal friction and dependences of relaxation kinetics on MWNT content in composite have been revealed and analyzed.

THE INFLUENCE OF COPPER NANOPARTICLES MIXED IN OINTMENT BASE IN VARIOUS CONCENTRATIONS ON WOUND REPARATION PROCESSES

In that paper results concerning copper nanoparticles (CN) addition to methylcellulose-based ointment compositions in a range of concentrations influence on the course of wound healing. We used surface-modified nanoparticles got from MIGEN-3 experimental plant with high-temperature condensation method. Oxigen was the main modifying agent. CN were 103.0 ± 2.0 nm in size. Woundhealing potential of CN in ointment composition was tested with an experimental model of full-skin defect 1.0 cm2 in area cut in female mice back skin. Mice weighted 18-20 g and were feed with regular vivarium ration.
We elaborated an experimental technological scheme for soft drug form preparation – a grease based on methylcellulose with CN. We had prepared ointments containing 0.02%, 0.002% and 0.0002% CN by weight to appreciate the optimal concentration. It was shown that wound treatment with the grease containing 0.002% CN decreases wound area 47% regarding to initial value in the first day after operation, being 20.8% and 14.7% over results obtained for wound treatment with 0.02% and 0.0002% CN ointments respectively, and exceeding by 19.5% grease origin effect.
On third and fifth days after operation mean areas of wounds in animals treated with an ointment containing 0.002% CN particles were uncertainly less than ones for mice treated with 0.02% and 0.0002% CN preparations.
Thus the 0.002% CN concentration containing ointment composition produced a most optimal effect at wound reparation process in the first day after operation period.

In this paper the phosphorous-implanted Cu6PS5I single crystals, which are grown by the chemical vapour transport, are studied. The implantation of crystals under investigations was carried out at the different values of fluence with the using a P+ isotope; ion energy was 150 keV. Due to the temperature isoabsorption investigations of optical absorption edge the influence of ionic implantation on the phase transitions are studied. Dependences of the temperature value of the superionic phase transition on the fluence value are obtained; the analysis of above mentioned dependences for the implanted crystals are carried out.

The processes of crystallization of alloys of the Fe-BC. The influence of pre-annealing on the phase composition, temperature and types of phase transitions. It was established that the preliminary annealing at 1173 K leads to the formation of structures of cubic boron carbides. Phase Fe23(CB)6 was formed as a result of a three-phase peritectic transformation. Eutectic Fе23(CB)6+γ-Fe is formed at the four-evtektikoperitekticheskom transformation L+Fe2B→Fе23(CB)6+γ-Fe.

Porous structure of collagen matrix, which had been obtained by tannage of skin with a Cr3+-containing solution, vegetable retannage and modification with bentonite, was researched using a method of standard contact porometry. Each stripe of the porogrammes has been related to one or another element of multilevel structure. Geometrical model of non-intersecting cylinders has been proposed to estimate loosening-compaction and ordering –disordering of the structure as well as to calculate a size if each element hierarchical structure. The recommendations regarding to obtaining of sorption materials have been proposed.

INFLUENCE OF DEFECT NANOSTRUCTURE CHANGING ON INELASTIC AND ELASTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF NANOCOMPOSITES BASED ON MULTIWALL CARBON NANOTUBES AND POLYMERS

In this paper the absolute value of the elastic module E, elasticity limit σE, inelasticity limit σ0.2, ultimate stress limit σS of the nanocomposites based on multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) 5% + polypropylene, MWCNT 0,5% + polypropylene, MWCNT 0,1% + polypropylene were determined. The method, which is allow to determine from the internal friction (IF) difference of free elastic vibrations on neighboring harmonics f1 and f2 to determine the integral structure defects density Nd, their distribution and the depth of broken layer hb, is offered for indestructive control of structure defects of Si plates after technological mechanical and thermal treatments. The dislocation density and the depth of broken layer are measured for SiO2 + Si plates.

After processing of steels ШХ15 and 55ХФА is investigated the phenomenon dynamic sferoidization in pearlit, an event is revealed during passage of the shock wave generated by a two-layer charge of exploasion.

MODELING OF ELECTRON TRANSPORT CHARACTERISTICS OF ARMCHAIR AND ZIGZAG GRAPHENE RIBBONS

In this paper, based on analytical calculations, we present the results of modeling of electron transport through step-like electrostatic potentials formed in armchair and zigzag graphene ribbons. We demonstrate that the single-mode electron transport in semimetal armchair ribbons is not perfect and the non-zero backscattering is proportional to the square of the potential applied. As for zigzag ribbons, the single-mode transport exhibits a strong suppression originated from electronic structure of the ribbon and its symmetry.

RISK ESTIMATION OF SPACE WEATHER INFLUENCE ON NANOSTRUCTURES

This report concentrates on dynamic probabilistic risk analysis of nanostructures with complex characterizations for damages using a physical model of satellite nano-devices and a predictable level of ionizing radiation and space weather. This report focuses mainly on a nano-accelerometer model, mathematical models for dynamic probabilistic risk assessment and software for the modeling and prediction of ionizing radiation. The probabilistic risk assessment method for nano-accelerometers is presented considering some deterministic and stochastic factors. Probabilistic risk assessment is a comprehensive, structured, and logical analysis method aimed at identifying and assess-ing risks in solid-state lasers in order to cost-effectively improve their safety and performance. This method is based on the Conditional Value-at-Risk (CVaR) and on the expected loss exceeding Value-at-Risk (VaR).We propose a new dynamical-information approach for the radiation damage risk assessment of accelerometer elements affected by space radiation. Our approach includes the following steps: nanostructure modeling, modeling ionizing radiation influences on accelerometer elements, probabilistic risk assessment methods, and risk minimization techniques. Black-box models of space ionizing radiation influences on accelerometer elements are developed for risk assessment in accelerometer safety analysis. The mathematical model’s inputs are the radiation influences on accelerometer systems and the output parameters are dynamic characteristics of the nano-accelerometer.

HYBRID NANOCOMNPOSITES BASED ON CATION-EXCHANGE RESINS AND ZIRCONIUM HYDROPHOSPHATE

Hybrid organic-inorganic nanomaterials have been obtained by means of deposition of amorphous zirconium hydrophosphate inside polymer cation-exchange matrix. Regarding to practice, these materials can be applied both to traditional ion-exchange and electromembrane processes.
Since the polymer matrix is labile, the aim of the work was to estimate the influence of inorganic constituent on its porous structure, which determines functional properties of the nanocomposites, for instance, electrical conductivity. The methods of standard contact porometry, scanning and transmission electron microscopy as well as impedance measurements were used for diagnostics of the ion-exchangers of two types. The first one contains both nanoparticles (in clusters and channels of the gel fields of the polymer matrix) and their aggregates (in the spaces between gel fields). The second one includes only aggregates (in clusters and outside gel fields). Varying of pre-treatment conditions before porometric measurements allows us to research porous structure of polymer matrix and inorganic constituent. Analysis of semi-widths of the porogramme stripes shows several directions of polymer transformation affected by zirconium hydrophosphate. The aggregates, which are outside gel fields, squeeze the clusters and probably channels of the gel fields on the one hand. Non-aggregated nanoparticles or their nanosized aggregates placed inside clusters and channels are able to stretch them. Moreover the nanoparticles, which are smaller than clusters and channels screen their surface. These effects determine electrical conductivity of the ion-exchangers: squeezing causes decrease of the conductivity, the influence of stretching and screening is opposite.
Several organization levels of inorganic constituent have been found, globular model was applied to estimate particle sizes.

In this paper a joint sorption of Ln3+ (Ln-Nd ÷ Lu) and Ag+ ions on the calcium apatites from salt solutions in order to validate the assumptions on the size and charge functions is studied.
Llanthanides ions are adsorbed slightly due to the charge-dimensional incompatibility. Model created the conditions that allow the sorption process, which is confirmed by the change in solution concentration. Ag+ ions can occupy the position of the outer Ca2 + ions with a large coordination number, and heavy lanthanide ion (Yb3 + and Lu3 +), on the contrary, - inner positions in the crystal lattice of calcium apatite. The sorption of light llanthanides ions (Nd3+, Eu3+) results in formation of the new phases, particularly, Ag3PO4 of the yellow color.

LASER RADIATION EFFECT ON NICKEL COATING STRUCTURE CREATED USING POTENTIOSTATIC MODE

In this work structure and mechanical properties of nickel coating electroplated using laser-stimulated potentiostatic mode are analyzed.
Tapes of nickel besieged from a standard sulfate electrolyte on a direct current at joint external influence the radiation of continuous gas-unloading Co2 – laser (=10,6 μm, P= 25 W). Electroplating conducted in potentiostatic mode (with fixed cathode potential E=-1.06 V). The values of electrode potential were fixed in relation to the saturated chlorine-silver electrode. Metallographic structure analysis made using "МИМ-8М" optical microscope with x600 magnification. Coating microhardness measured using “ПМТ-3” device with indenter load of 0.1 N. Phase composition, crystal lattice period and thin structure analyzed using roentgenographic method on “ДРОН-2.0” diffractometer.
It is set that at the fixed values of cathode potential the closeness of current at a laser irradiation is increased as compared to the closeness of current without a laser irradiation. Increase of plating rate from 4 to 22 um/hour with the increase of solution temperature from 293 to 351 K, and to 85 um/hour with laser stimulation affects surface and structure of nickel coatings.
Conclusion:
Laser-stimulated potentiostatic mode electroplating leads to a more nonequlibrium nucleation compared with electroplating without laser radiation.

ANALYSIS OF THE NONEQUILIBRIUM PHASES IN BINARY ALLOYS OF MOLYBDENUM AND TUNGSTEN BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF INTERATOMIC
INTERACTION OF THE COMPONENTS

The paper is devoted to the problem of the formation of the phase composition in molybdenum and tungsten electrodeposited alloys. It presents a comparison of structures of alloys obtained by electro-crystallization or by chemical reduction. The thesis develops the trend of prognosticating the alloys structure and properties by means of analysis of non-equilibrium crystallizations general regularities. A new technique of estimation of interatomic interaction in components of electrodeposited alloys belonging to the iron group metals with tungsten and molybdenum is presented. Electrodeposited alloys of Мо and W are subject to similar laws that the metals of iron’s group as for the electrochemical kinetic of their formation and phase structure. This technique makes possible the alloys with the beforehand given structure and properties and is of great interest for creating new materials.
